What is the Job?
As a bartender, you will work closely with the front of house team to ensure beverage quality and a thorough understanding of all beverage products available. You will create a welcoming and memorable experience by serving guests delicious and well-executed beverages and providing cocktail inspiration and historical insight. You are responsible for ensuring consistency of product by following our carefully tailored recipes.
What are the responsibilities?
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products and production procedures
  • Set up and maintain a clean, organized bar according to brand standards; restocks all items as needed throughout shift
  • Work as a team player, helping your fellow team with guest interactions and bar duties to contribute to a positive working environment
  • Possess the ability to positively and proactively handle guest concerns
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and openly communicate with your manager and fellow service team about next steps
  • Consistent adherence to the uniform policy
  • Reports for duty on time and manages one's shift, communicating with the management team when leaving their station for breaks or family meal

What are the requirements?
  • Weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) availability required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a Cobb County Pouring License or plan to attain one before hire
  • 2+ year(s) of relevant bartending experience
  • Able to move and/or lift heavier product
  • Able to stand for long periods of time; occasionally kneel, bend, and crouch as required to reach items at varying height levels
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment calmly and effectively
