FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST– Full-Time – Sunrise and Kolb

Arizona Hearing Specialists has a Front Desk Receptionist opening at our Sunrise and Kolb location! We are seeking a mature team member who desires a career – not someone who just wants a job. This is an opportunity to showcase intelligence, compassion, organizational skills, have a voice, and be part of a team. Someone who sees themselves here long-term, and wants to be a part of a growing practice.

This non-supervisory role plays an integral part in administering patient care. The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, answering phones, greeting all patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, ensuring all mail and packages are shipped in a timely fashion, and completing data entry tasks efficiently and accurately. This position also requires the ability to build rapport with patients and provide exceptional service worthy of repeat business.

  • Must possess an outgoing, friendly demeanor and positive attitude

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
