  • Shift: Full Time, Weekend Availability, Swing or Graveyard
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement
  • Salary: $73,947 - $92,434 plus annual target bonus

Position responsibilities:

  • The Transportation Supervisor ensures annual performance goals are met, including on-time dispatches, off-load rate, labor cost and product loss and damage

  • You will ensure a safe working environment by executing company processes successfully

  • This role assists in developing the daily operating plan to include equipment maintenance and driver work schedules to meet or exceed our customersโ€™ delivery needs as well as promptly solving problems to the maximum satisfaction of our customers

  • The Transportation Supervisor will provide development to supervisory and driver staff, and potentially lead various committees, such as quality and safety

  • Additionally, you will partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year in order to foster a work environment with maximized employee involvement

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree
