Job description

Job Description Summary:

This role owns the product vision, roadmap, and measurable success of Coca-Cola's End-to-End (E2E) Planning product, supporting Coca-Cola's Supply Chain businesses globally. The technology landscape spans SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and the Azure platform, which serves as the enterprise data foundation for planning data and the Company's broader AI initiatives.

The Product Owneroperatesas part of the core team of planning subject-matter experts organized around Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Materials Planning. Acting as solution architect and client-facing product owner, the role holds independent decision authority over the outcomes and priorities that trigger solution development and delivery, and partners closely with the team to shape the best strategy for implementing and deploying the roadmap across Coca-Cola's supply chain businesses.

Because the planning landscape spans multiple interconnected systems, integrations are a critical focus of this role. The Product Owneris responsible formaintainingand evolving the complete end-to-end architecture of planning solutions, including their integration with order management and other upstream and downstream systems, across Coca-Cola's supply chain businesses. The scope also includes the portfolio of alternative, non-SAP planning solutions deployed across North America, Equipment Supply Chain, and Flavors. Over time, E2E Planning is intended to become Coca-Cola's single global product for supply chain and demand planning, so the role requires strong soft skills to manage multiple System Integrators (SIs) and to communicate clearly and credibly with both business and IT leadership.

Working knowledge of the Product Operating Model, and the discipline to make roadmap and investment decisions based on value and outcomes rather than output, is central to this role.

Deepexpertisein IBP and S/4HANA planning solutions, data lake architectures, and SAP/IBP master data isrequired, as these form the foundation for autonomous planning and the AI initiatives in Coca-Cola's pipeline.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for a core Transaction Growth team, including the E2E Planning product spanning Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Materials Planning.

  • Define the highest-impact user and business problems, setting clear, measurable success metrics tied to value delivered to Coca-Cola's supply chain businesses.

  • Independently decide outcomes, priorities, and trade-offs that trigger solution development, partnering with planning subject-matter experts and ensuring experiences across Transaction Growth teams are cohesive and grounded in shared principles.

  • Lead discovery through research, data analysis, prototyping, and experimentation, translating insights into clear priorities, roadmaps, and product requirements.

  • Own architecture and design decisions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and the Azure platform, including the data lake foundation enabling autonomous planning and AI use cases;maintainthe end-to-end architecture as the product evolves.

  • Define and drive the global deployment strategy for planningsolutions, andmanage integration with order management and other adjacent systems.

  • Oversee alternative, non-SAP planning solutions in North America, Equipment Supply Chain, and Flavors, working toward a single global supply and demand planning product.

  • Partner with design, engineering, and data science to deliver solutions that are valuable, usable, andfeasible, and manage relationships/delivery accountability across multiple System Integrators, resolving escalations.

  • Use AI and machine learning to enhance decision-support tools, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.

  • Apply Product Operating Model principles to prioritize roadmap, backlog, and investment decisions; own the strategy for SAP and IBP master data as a foundational enabler.

  • Monitor product and solution performance using data and stakeholder feedback to guide continuous improvement.

  • Coach and support a small group of Product Managers (typically 1-3) and act as mentor/thought partner to the broader planning team, strengthening product thinking, discovery skills, and execution excellence; provide regular feedback to enable independent, high-impact decision-making.

  • Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and decisions with clarity and conviction across technical and non-technical audiences, including business and IT senior leadership.

  • Aligning with partners across sales, analytics, design, engineering, and operations on goals, dependencies, and measures of success.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, product management, or IT solution delivery atglobalscale; related backgrounds in engineering, design, data, or researchalsoconsidered.

  • Hands-on SC Planning experience isa must, including SAP IBP and S/4HANA planning modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning/Scheduling, Inventory Optimization, MRP), with IBP Demand/Supply Planning Optimizer configuration and atminimumS/4HANA MM/PP.

  • Experience with Azure, including data lake/pipeline architectures for analytics and AI/ML use cases, and integrations between S/4HANA and IBP; other planning tools preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP/IBP master data structures and governance in planning implementations.

  • Experience integrating planning solutions with order management and adjacent systems.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple System Integrators and vendor delivery teams in a matrixed environment, including leading SIpartnerand offshore teams.

  • Experience owning and evolving end-to-end solution architecture across multiple integrated systems.

  • Demonstrated success shaping and shipping digital products that meet user needs and deliver measurable business impact.

  • Familiarity with the Product Operating Model, outcome/value-based prioritization, and agile/modern product discovery and delivery methodologies.

  • Strong analytical thinking, using data, experimentation, and AI-driven insights to guide decisions.

  • Familiarity with recommendation engines, decision-support tools, and action-guidance UX; exposure to autonomous/low-touch/no-touch planning and AI-enabled decision support preferred.

  • Exposure toexperimentation frameworks (A/B testing, behavioral nudges) and data visualization tools.

  • Clear, compelling communication across technical/non-technical and business/IT executive audiences.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and make thoughtful trade-offs in complex environments.

  • Proventrack recorddeploying planning solutions across a global, multi-plant manufacturing environment.

  • Experience building products for sales, field, or frontline teams preferred; consumer products, beverage, or large-scale manufacturing supply chain experience preferred; CPG industry experience an advantage.

  • Background in AI/ML applications for personalization, predictive analytics, or workflow optimization preferred, including knowledge ofleveragingAgentic AI to transform operational processes.

  • Experience conducting design research or field immersion to uncover user insights preferred.

None, this is an individual contributor role. The Product Owneroperatesas an essential part of the product model for Supply Chain Planning, working alongside the core team of planning subject-matter experts without formal supervisory responsibility.
