Cobb County Toyota is seeking motivated Sales Consultants!

 

Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

  • Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, finding the vehicle to meet their needs, and ensure that each customer has a satisfactory dealership experience.
  • Explain features and demonstrate the operation of the vehicle in the showroom or on road.
  • Suggest optional equipment for customers to purchase.
  • Meet dealership sales goals.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
  • Compute and quote sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
  • Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales.
  • Arrange for delivery and registration of the vehicle.
  • Research availability of models and optional equipment.
  • Engage in business development.
  • Address customer concerns.
     

Qualifications and Requirements - Sales Consultant:

  • Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds: The restaurant industry, recent college graduates, retail sales, insurance sales, or rental car associates, to name a few. We will train the right candidates!
  • Professional appearance and strong communications skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proven track record.
  • Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Team oriented.
  • Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
