The Resin and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing and controlling material receipt, inventory, and handling of Resins, Inks, Solvents, Plates, Film stock, and WIP.  Key activities include Resin transfers from railcars, maintaining silo levels to support production, review production demand and plan materials staging to support the schedule.  Responsible for conducting weekly inventories on these materials and reconcile on-hand to our accounting systems.  Mixing inks according to formulas as required by the production plan. Training and certifying associates on Powered handling equipment (Fork Trucks, Powered hand jacks).  Manage and control partial materials units.

Maintain forklift and electric pallet jack certification / Maintain EPA / DOT Hazardous Materials Training

Must be able to stand/walk up to 8 hrs per shift.  May spend up to 30% of time in an office setting.  Outdoor activity required throughout the year. May require night and weekend hours.

High School Diploma or GED

Commitment to safety and quality

Ability to read work instructions in English

Ability operate resin testing equipment

Basic computer knowledge, (Excel/Word)

Proven track record of excellent attendance

Ability to multi-task

Good communication skills

Ability to work outside in hot/cold environments

Ability to work non-traditional hours as required
