Position Overview
  • Install, repair, and maintain coax and fiber systems
  • Work with residential and commercial customers in Columbus & Cleveland, OH
  • Ideal for technicians who value quality, safety, and career growth
Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair video, internet, and phone services
  • Perform fiber installs, terminations, and in-home setups
  • Troubleshoot using meters and diagnostic tools (OTDR, signal meters, etc.)
  • Follow safety protocols and meet daily service goals
  • Provide professional customer service
  • Work in various weather conditions and at heights
  • Accurately document work using mobile/job systems
What You’ll Need
  • Preferred: Viavi 620 meter (or similar)
  • Preferred: Fiber tools (fusion splicer, light meter, etc.)
  • Must be local to Aiken, SC
  • Own truck/van + valid license, registration, and insurance
  • Strong work ethic, communication, and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
  • Basic computer skills
