Job Description

We are seeking an Inplant Ink Room Supervisor to work at our customer's site. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for maintaining INX's on-site ink room. As an Inplant Ink Supervisor you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining daily communication and direction to inplant employees
  • Acting as INX 5S Leader
  • Maintaining training program
  • Attending customer technical meetings
  • Scheduling vacations and coverage, including sick time
  • Maintaining KPI's
  • Helping oversee/direct color matching, inventory, ink manufacturing and housekeeping
Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Have 3 to 5 years in lab and ink manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
  • Have excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension and math skills
  • Be able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

  • Inplant and pressroom experience
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Color matching skills
  • College degree
  • Previous experience within the Ink Industry
