Job description

Job Position: Process engineer - 3 Positions 
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 12-to-18-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead start-up, commissioning & validation of OSD equipment (milling, blending, granulation, compression, coating, packaging)
- Serve as technical SME for assigned manufacturing unit operations
Own equipment performance, reliability & continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive troubleshooting, root cause investigations, deviations & CAPAs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, MS&T & Engineering teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Strong hands-on OSD equipment and process knowledge
- Proven ability to execute projects and solve complex technical issues
