The Softball Graduate Assistant will assist the Coaching Staff with the daily operations of Campbellsville University Softball program. This position provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in coaching, recruiting, player development, team management and academic support.

We are looking for someone that will be highly motivated, dependable and organized who is passionate about softball and committed to developing student/athletes both on and off the field.

The Softball Graduate Assistant will assist the Coaching Staff with all aspects of the softball program.

Assist with planning and conducting daily practices, workouts and conditioning.

Provide instruction in areas such as hitting, defense, baserunning and overall game strategy.

Assist with scouting opponents and preparing game plans.

Assist with recruiting prospective student/athletes, through phone calls, emails, campus visits, tournaments and camps.

Assist with game day responsibilities.

Serve as a positive, professional role mode/mentor for student/athletes.
