Summary
Showing Assistant / Agent Partner is an essential position that supports licensed agents committed to providing outstanding client service while gaining practical experience in a dynamic real estate setting. Working alongside our lead agents, you will manage home showings, assist with inspections, and support buyers throughout their purchasing process - all within a tailored mentorship program aimed at enhancing your skills and fostering your professional growth within our team.
Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
