Job description

SUMMARY

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to assist athletes in skill development on court, running equipment in the facility, take general phone calls, and act in a Customer Service role for point of sale transactions. This role will primarily work in the areas of basketball coaching, training, and providing tours of the facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist athletes in skill development while they are on the court doing their workouts
  • Assist athletes in running the equipment in the facility
  • Answer general phone calls - inquiries about the types of services offered, scheduling, requests, and overall basic customer service
  • Perform point of sale transactions for memberships, apparel, training lessons, and all other items
  • Conduct Tours to prospective members so they may experience Shoot 360
  • Assist in overall facility cleanliness and maintenance
  • Other duties as required

JOB DUTIES

  • Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
  • Displays good communication skills.
  • Respectfully takes direction from Supervisor.

  • Thorough knowledge of basketball and experience with coaching/instructing
