Alcohol & Hospitality Junior Associate Attorney

Join a highly respected national law firm with a strong presence throughout the Southeast. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent judicial clerk, law school graduate, or early-career attorney seeking sophisticated legal work within the alcohol beverage and hospitality industries while receiving exceptional mentorship and professional development.

The firm is seeking a highly motivated junior attorney to join its Nashville office and build a long-term career within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

  • Competitive base salary of $125,000 - $165,000, depending on experience and credentials

Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on matters affecting alcohol beverage and hospitality industry clients
  • Draft memoranda, briefs, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
  • Assist with regulatory, licensing, compliance, and business-related matters
  • Support attorneys in litigation and transactional matters
  • Participate in client meetings and case strategy discussions
  • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas
  • Manage assignments, deadlines, and client matters with attention to detail
  • Provide exceptional client service and communication
Requirements & Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • 0-2 years of legal experience
  • Judicial clerkship experience strongly preferred
  • Tennessee Bar license or ability to waive into Tennessee
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Full-time, in-office commitment in Nashville
