We are seeking a motivated and curious Business Analyst to join our team. This co-op/internship offers hands on experience in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will have the opportunity to learn how to translate complex data into actionable business insights and work with tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, PowerBI and Agentic AI Tools, while gaining valuable exposure to Agile team environments in AzureDev Ops. Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and Document Requirements: Assist in capturing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for the data and analytics teams.
  • Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, or better data integration.
  • Develop User Stories: Work within the Agile framework to draft user stories and acceptance criteria for upcoming development cycles.
  • Support Development Teams: Assist in the design of source to target maps (STTM) to help developers build.
  • Support Data Visualization: Assist in the design of Power BI dashboards that help business stakeholders track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Help ensure that delivered technical solutions meet the original business requirements through rigorous testing and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with Agile Teams: Engage in regular sprint meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
  • Run AI Agents: Leverage AI agents and provide feedback to train and refine the models output.
  • Learning & Development Opportunities
  • Hands-on training in business process modeling and requirement gathering techniques.
  • Mentorship from experienced Business Analysts and Product Owners within a CPG organization.
  • Practical experience in the Agile/Scrum methodology and project management software.
  • Exposure to how data-driven decisions impact supply chain, marketing, and retail operations.

Qualifications
  • Current undergraduate or graduate student in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Basic understanding of data concepts and an understanding of SQL.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
