This package may cover costs such as travel expenses, temporary housing, moving services, and sometimes a stipend for settling in. The specifics of the package can vary widely by company and location, so it's important for students to review the details with their employer. These packages are designed to make the transition smoother and more affordable for students relocating for their co-op position.

The specifics can vary by employer, so it's important to clarify what is covered—such as transportation, storage, or housing search support—before accepting an offer. To prepare, review your company's policy, keep documentation of all expenses, and connect with your HR or relocation coordinator for guidance.
