Job description

Position Summary: The Assistant Swim Coach works under the direction of the Head Coach to support all aspects of the Appleton North/East Co-op Swim Program. The assistant coach is responsible for helping develop student-athletes both in and out of the pool by promoting skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, academic success, and character while ensuring a safe, positive, and student-centered environment.
