We are seeking a motivated AI Developer Co-op who is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. This role is designed for a student who is excited to apply classroom knowledge to real-world business problems and gain hands-on experience building, testing, and improving AI-driven solutions.

The co-op will work closely with experienced developers, engineers, and business partners to support AI and software development initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is curious, collaborative, and eager to learn in a professional environment.

We are looking for candidate who can work full-time Mon-Fri in Boston, MA

Key Responsibilities
  • Support experimentation, research, and proof-of-concept work related to AI, machine learning and data science technologies
  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and support of AI and data driven software solutions
  • Participate in coding, debugging, and documenting applications and prototypes
  • Work with structured and unstructured data to support use cases and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to understand business needs and translate them into technical tasks
  • Contribute to technical documentation, presentations, and knowledge sharing
  • Follow team standards for coding, testing, security, and responsible AI use
Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
  • Coursework or academic project experience in AI, machine learning, software development, data structures, or algorithms
  • Basic programming experience in one or more languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Familiarity with software development fundamentals, including debugging, testing, and version control
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to machine learning, large language models, natural language processing, or data analytics through coursework, research, or personal projects
