- Provide Technical Support: Assist team members with troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile devices, and basic network-related issues while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Support IT Operations: Help with user account management, workstation setup and deployment, software installs, equipment inventory, and technology onboarding tasks.
- Assist with Infrastructure & Systems: Gain exposure to servers, cloud-based applications, networking, and enterprise systems while supporting ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
- Contribute to Cybersecurity Efforts: Assist with security awareness initiatives, device compliance activities, access management, and other cybersecurity best practices.
- Support Technology Projects: Participate in IT projects that improve efficiency, support business operations, and enhance the employee experience.
