Location: Simpsonville, SC
Employment Type: Temporary

Job Function: Engineering | Product Management
Job Summary: Dodge Industrial is seeking a Co-Ops for our Engineering and Product Management departments for Summer '26, Fall ' 26 and Spring '27.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build a foundation of product knowledge through hands on training and visiting our manufacturing facilities.
• Provide product selection and installation support and find creative solutions to customer issues.
• Assist with product development projects for all product groups.
• Collaborate with engineers on relevant and skill level appropriate projects.
• Engage in Lean continuous improvement projects focused on engineering processes and product design.
• Collaborate with application engineers focusing on product performance.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program from an accredited university in the United States.
• Must be currently authorized to work for Dodge Industrial in the US.
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on critical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem solving.
• Collaborates well with others and is a good team player.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for new and changing ideas.
• Familiar with MS Office and SolidWorks.
• Ability to adapt and multi-task based on departmental needs.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Speak and present in person to individuals and small groups.
• Extended periods of sitting at a workstation.
• Intermittent standing and walking within the office environment.
• Hosting and travel are required for meetings, conferences, or customer visits.
