With in-depth knowledge and skills, advanced judgment and clinical experience in a nursing specialty, the CNS assists patients and provides clinical support to improve patient care and outcomes. With in-depth knowledge and skills, advanced judgment and clinical experience in a nursing specialty, the CNS assists patients, families, staff, physicians and leadership in providing solutions for complex patient care issues. The CNS serves as a role model, patient advocate, change agent, and leader to enhance patient care. The CNS position practices within the scope of the California Nursing Practices Act and in accordance with AHMC-Anaheim Regional Medical Center policies. Qualifications: Master's degree in Nursing with expertise in clinical nursing specialty. Requires a minimum of three years related experience. Prefer 5 years of increasingly responsible experience which demonstrates proficiency in the skills and knowledge required to perform the job.
