Registered Nurse Position Requirements
- Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland or Delaware.
- Minimum of 3 years dialysis experience with at least 2 years in a chronic setting and 1 year in an acute setting; CNN preferred.
- Critical Care experience may be substituted for the acute dialysis experience.
- May be assigned to day, evening, or night shifts or a combination per departmental policy.
- Scheduled off at least three holidays per year.
- Required to work weekends per unit need.
- Expected to work overtime on occasion.
- At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
