Coordinates and delivers care through the nursing process to adult hemodialysis patients utilizing standards of care set by the American Nephrology Nurses Association. Works to ensure the attainment of patient outcomes that meet KDOQL goals while following regulatory requirements of the Texas Department of State Health Services and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
