Company:Cherokee Nation Entertainment

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 7 years of gaming systems support experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting or administering IGT Advantage systems preferred.
  • Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience with SSRS Reporting Services or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and full software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic system planning and roadmap development experience.
  • Advanced product and application management expertise.

  • Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Develop end-user documentation and training materials tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct training sessions for super-users and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate smooth system transitions and promote user adoption.
  • Provide ongoing application support, issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
  • Manage high-priority incidents and coordinate resolution efforts.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation and provide after-hours support when necessary.
