Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in Houston, TX, 77017. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
  • Experience of using Fanuc, Mazak, or Mazatrol controls.
  • Program CNC machines using G-code and other relevant programming languages.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances and specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
  • Familiarity with various types of CNC machinery and tools (i.e. Mics, Calipers, and Gauges).
