Seeking a **CNC Machinist **to operate and set up CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss-type machines. This role produces high-quality machined components while following blueprints and technical instructions. Ideal candidates have 1 year of CNC experience and are eager to grow their skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities - Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets to determine setup and machining requirements.

  • Prepare tooling, fixtures, and workpieces; align and secure components for machining.
  • Set machine controls for spindle positioning, cutting depth, speed, feed, and coolant flow.
  • Monitor CNC machines and make adjustments to maintain quality or correct errors.
  • Measure parts to ensure conformance with specifications.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.

Skills and Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of experience operating CNC mills or lathes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements).
  • Competence in CNC machine setup and operation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
