Title: CNC Machinist
Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Hire Type: Contract to Direct
Shift : 1st
Compensation: $25-30/hr

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a well-established manufacturing company specializing in sophisticated packaging machinery. This is a great opportunity to work in a hands-on, precision-focused environment where quality, craftsmanship, and technical expertise are valued.

Job Duties:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
  • Perform tooling, workholding, offsets, and tool changes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
  • Make basic CNC program edits and adjustments.
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
  • Follow quality and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • CNC Machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment.

  • Strong CNC setup experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
  • Basic CNC programming or program editing experience.
  • Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes.
