CNC Machine Operator (Press Brake / Laser / Robotic Welding)

Overview
We are currently hiring CNC Machine Operators for multiple production departments, including Press Brake, Laser Cutting, and Robotic Welding. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or fabrication experience who are looking to grow within a modern production environment.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating CNC-controlled equipment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC-controlled fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
- Load materials and monitor machine operation during production runs
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges
- Make machine adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate maintenance concerns when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and output goals
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating CNC fabrication equipment preferred
- Experience with press brakes, lasers, robotic welders, or similar machinery is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings
- Basic CNC programming or machine setup experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Comfortable using precision measuring tools
- Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred

Shift
- Sunday: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Compensation
- Starting at $18.50/hour and up based on experience and skill level
