Job description

Maintenance Technician
=> Privately held manufacturing & repair business has multiple needs due to business expansion. (at two different plant locations)
=> Repairs and maintains mechanical, electrical and hydraulic production machines and equipment such as PLCs, CNCs, Press Brakes, Metal Fabricating Equipment, Presses, and Cleaning Systems.
Essential Duties 
  • Supports, Creates and Implements a Preventative Maintenance plan (using CMMS) within the Maintenance & Facilities Team in support of Production Team and Business Goals. 
  • Schedules and / or Performs Minor and Major Repairs.
  • Follows Start-Up Procedures to verify all Repairs or PMs. 
  • Perform General and Preventative Maintenance tasks per CMMS Plan.
  • Role may require Overtime as needed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
=> Prefer Technical School Training (electrical, HVAC, CNC, welding, robotics, PLCs, etc)
OR six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
=>  Prior experience w/ CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) is a must.
=>  Prior Maintenance Technician experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is a must.
=>   Compensation Depends On Experience:   
Maint Tech CNC (could go up to $50/Hr),  Maint Tech General (could go up to $42/Hr)
