Position Summary
The Turret Laser Operator is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating numerically controlled machine tools to perform turret punching operations and laser cutting operations. This role requires a high level of skill, broad knowledge of turret punching techniques, familiarity with program formats, and the ability to work with close tolerances and finish specifications.
Shift: 2nd shift, Monday-Thursday, 3:45pm-1:45am
Responsibilities

  • Operate Turret machine
  • Operate Laser machine
  • Check parts
  • Read and complies with work instructions, set up sheets, and checklists
  • Enter production information into the ERP system on a timely basis
  • Accurately records and reports hours worked
  • Maintain an organized work area (5S) to include workstations, equipment, walkways, and locker rooms
  • Participate in the Operational Excellence Program
  • Understand and complies with the Cretex professional competencies, company policies, and employee manual
  • Adhere to all safety policies; includes wearing personal protective equipment when required
  • Support and complies with the company's Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements
  • Complete all other work duties as assigned

Pay Range
USD $23.08 - USD $33.46 /Hr.
Pay Range Details
This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
