About the Role:

As a first shift Monday-Thursday 5:00am-2:00pm, Friday 5:00am-9:00am, Turret Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating turret punch press machines to fabricate metal components with precision and efficiency. Your primary objective will be to set up, program, and run turret machines to produce parts that meet exact specifications and quality standards. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate tools, and ensuring the smooth operation of the machinery to maximize productivity while minimizing waste. Minimum Qualifications:
