This role is essential to standardizing programming methods, reducing cycle time where possible, and ensuring parts meet print requirements.Key responsibilities include:- Review blueprints and routing sheets to create efficient, standardized CNC programs- Build and maintain clear, well-organized programming documentation- Partner with machinists and engineers to confirm program accuracy, efficiency, and part performanceRequired qualifications/skills:- 3+ years of CNC programming experience- Proficiency with CAM software (required)- Working knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling applications- Advanced blueprint reading; in-depth GD&T knowledge- Strong understanding of engineering documentation (Veri-cut experience is a plus)If you take a disciplined, detail-focused approach to programming, we encourage you to apply.A Typical ShiftYou’ll work onsite in Romeoville, IL on a steady Monday–Friday schedule (6:00 AM–2:30 PM).
