Job Overview

We are seeking a skilledCNC Machinistwo can Program and operated CNC mills, lathes, and routers to produce precision parts from engineering drawings.

Performed machine setup, tooling, and inspections, ensuring quality and on-time production while maintaining equipment, supporting material handling, and following safety and production standards in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program, set up, and operate HAAS milling machines, Okuma lathes, and Laguna routers to produce custom CNC parts
  • Manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and customer specifications
  • Requires experience with G-Code and M- Code
  • Fixture parts and prepare machines to ensure accurate and efficient production runs
  • Meet required production schedules and customer delivery deadlines
  • Maintain inventory levels by supporting ongoing CNC production needs
  • Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure proper equipment operation
  • Assist with material handling, including unloading shipments, operating forklifts, and other assigned tasks .

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
  • 2-3 years CNC mill and lathe programming/setup experience (HAAS preferred)
  • Manual mill experience is a plus
  • Proficient in G-code and M-code
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and technical aptitude
  • Background in machine design, automation, or related manufacturing field preferred
