About the Role:
Join ETECH SIMULATION CORP as a Junior Simulation Systems & Manufacturing Technician and become a vital part of our innovative team in West Palm Beach, FL. Position Overview
 
This position is ideal for someone Bilingual ( English/Spanish) who enjoys working with their hands, learning new technologies, and being involved in the creation of sophisticated training systems.
 
You do not need a university degree.
 
We value attitude, problem-solving ability, technical curiosity, and willingness to learn more than years of experience.
 
The selected candidate will assist with the assembly, testing, installation, maintenance, and development of simulator systems while learning a wide variety of technical skills.
 
Responsibilities
 
- Assemble simulator components and subsystems.
- Assist with mechanical and electronic integration.
- Perform wiring, cable routing, and basic soldering tasks.
- Support testing and troubleshooting activities.
- Operate and maintain CNC equipment when required.
- Assist in the fabrication of simulator structures and components.
- Support computer setup, software installation, and system configuration.
- Assist with inventory and workshop organization.
- Participate in product improvements and prototype development.
- Learn and apply new technologies including AI tools and automation systems.
 
Preferred Qualifications
 
- Technical school, vocational training, associate degree, or relevant hands-on experience.
- Interest in robotics, engineering, manufacturing, electronics, or automation.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Basic understanding of electronics and wiring.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience with Fusion 360 or other CAD software is a strong plus.
- Experience operating CNC routers is a strong plus.
- Basic welding experience is a plus.
- Experience with 3D printing is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- English - Native or advanced
