The mission
Deliver precision components—on time, on tolerance, and on budget—by writing robust CNC code and partnering across the shop to make great parts happen. Your work will be based in our collaborative Hubert, NC 28539 facility.
Imagine this scenario
A rush order lands: tight tolerances, complex geometry, and a challenging material. You dig into the print, plan workholding, generate toolpaths, and validate the first piece at the machine. A quick inspection confirms your assumptions; a small offset tweak and a coolant strategy change shave seconds off the cycle. You capture the setup notes so the next run is plug-and-play. That’s a win for the customer—and for the team.
