Le rôle de l’opérateur CNC multi-machines ou machiniste CNC consiste à produire des pièces grâce à l’utilisation de plusieurs machines. Leur utilisation peut permettre de commencer comme de poursuivre des productions en fonction des instructions de travail qui correspondent aux exigences des clients.

  • Situé à Laval
  • Quart de soir, formation offerte de jour
  • Le rôle consiste principalement à opérer des machines 3 axes, sans responsabilité de setup.
  • Les pièces usinées sont majoritairement en aluminium (pièces de casting), et l’inspection est assurée par un département distinct.
Responsabilités principales
  • Opérer des machines conventionnelles (non numériques).
  • Effectuer des montages simples à complexes sur fraiseuse conventionnelle.
  • Lire et interpréter les plans, tolérances et instructions de travail.
  • Effectuer les ajustements, montages et réparations nécessaires.
  • Installer, ajuster et calibrer les outils de coupe.
  • Mesurer et valider la conformité des pièces usinées.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de production et d’ingénierie.
  • Sélectionner les outils appropriés selon les opérations à effectuer.
