Rôle :
Sous la charge du superviseur programmation CNC, la personne titulaire du poste est responsable d’effectuer la programmation des centres d’usinage à partir de pièces d’inconel, titane et acier inoxydable pour l’industrie de l’aéronautique. Il est également responsable de rencontrer ses livrables et en assure la stabilité en production.
Principales responsabilités :
  • Déterminer la méthode de fabrication et la stratégie d’usinage optimale lors du développement des nouveaux produits afin d’assurer une production stable et durable ;
  • Effectuer la programmation ou la modification des programmes CN nécessaires aux machines de cellules automatisées ;
  • Élaborer les instructions visuelles ainsi que les documents de contrôle inhérents au programme CN requis pour l’usinage des pièces de production ;
  • Concevoir les gabarits d’usinage nécessaires à la fabrication des composants ;
  • Responsable de la mise à l’essai des programmes et de l’homologation du processus d’usinage des pièces de production ;
  • Proposer et gouverner des opportunités d’améliorations qui permettrons l’optimisation de la production en termes de qualité, coûts et délais ;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

  • DEC en génie mécanique, DEP en techniques d’usinage avec ASP ou équivalent ;
  • Plus de 7 années d’expérience pertinente en programmation de machine CNC ;
  • Expérience en programmation multi-axes (5 axes) un atout
  • Maîtrise d’un ou plusieurs logiciels CAO/FAO ;
  • Maitrise des logiciels CatiaV5, Vericut et ICAM un atout ;
  • Connaissances des matériaux tels l’inconel, titane et l’acier inoxydable un atout ;
  • Connaissance des outils coupants un atout ;
  • Bilinguisme intermédiaire tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral (français et anglais).
