CNC Programmer/Machinist - 2nd Shift
Employment Type: Direct Hire

Pay Range: $30-$35/hour +$3/hour 2nd Shift Differential
Work Schedule: Onsite Monday through Friday; 230p-11p with OT and Saturdays
Location: Naperville, IL

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping manufacturing processes, interpreting blueprints, programming in MasterCam and G-Code, and ensuring every part meets the highest standards. Your skills will directly contribute to our commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency—all while enjoying a competitive hourly rate of $30-$35, plus a $3/hour shift differential and overtime opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
  • Proficiency in CNC programming, particularly MasterCam and G-Code
  • Strong knowledge of machining methods, materials, and operations
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions
  • Familiarity with GD&T and dimensional inspection techniques
  • Experience setting up, sharpening tools, and maintaining machining equipment
  • Knowledge of safety practices aligned with industry standards

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with manufacturing jigs, fixtures, gauges, and dies
  • Ability to assist junior machinists and operators

  • At least 5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Relevant technical training or certification in CNC operations or manufacturing

Other Requirements:

  • This position is 100% on-site at our Naperville facility and requires daily presence
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR/EAR regulations (U.S. Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, etc.)

  • Flexibility to work overtime during the week and on Saturdays
