Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Create CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining processes.
  • Set up and troubleshoot CNC machines.
  • Test and validate programs before production runs.
  • Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Monitor production quality and make program adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain documentation of programs, tooling, and machine settings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams.

Required Skills
