Job Title: CNC Field Service Engineer 
Location: Williamsburg, MI
Department: Field Service & Technical Support
 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Field Service Engineer to provide expert technical support and service for advanced CNC machines across the Northeast Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of a diverse range of CNC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction in industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and maintain CNC machines, including turning centers, machining centers, and multi-axis systems.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to CNC controls, mechanical systems, and automation components.

  • Provide on-site technical support, training, and guidance to customers for efficient operation and integration of CNC equipment.

  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to implement customized machining solutions and automation upgrades.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices during all field activities.

  • Document service reports, maintenance logs, and technical recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Travel throughout the Northeast Region as required for on-site customer support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in CNC machine installation, commissioning, and field service.
