We make a priority of customer service, safety, honesty and family values.ย  We are looking to add to our Metal Processing Department that handles the Press Break and Plasma Table.ย

Full job description:
Experienced CNC Press Brake Operator.
Responsibilities include:
  • Operate CNC Accupres Press Brake and Shear to manufacture parts to required specifications,
  • Operates a press brake to manufacture tools, equipment, and other components from sheet metal or metal plates.
  • Prepares, sets up, and adjusts press brake as required by product plans and production schedules.
  • Ensures that there are sufficient raw materials available.
  • Measures and aligns materials to be used.
  • Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Performs routine maintenance on the press brake.
  • Maintains a clean work area.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experienced CNC Plasma Table Operator.
Responsibilities include:
  • Proven experience as a CNC plasma table operator or similar role in a metal fabrication environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Knowledge of CNC programming and machine controls.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment as required.
  • Basic math skills and understanding of measurements.

Physical Requirements:
  • Physically able to operate, load and unload machines.ย 
  • Prolonged periods of standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials.
