Job description

CNC Plasma Cutter – Mayfield Area

People Plus is now hiring for a CNC Plasma Cutter position in the Mayfield area. We are seeking dependable candidates with experience operating plasma cutting and drilling equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: $17-$18 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (30-minute lunch break) Some overtime will be required.

Job Duties Include:
  1. Operating an acetylene plasma cutting machine
  2. Using drilling equipment to fabricate materials
  3. Moving materials safely with an overhead crane
  4. Programming and operating CNC equipment
  5. Reading and following work instructions and measurements
  6. Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
  1. Previous CNC plasma cutting experience preferred
  2. Experience using an overhead crane
  3. Basic computer skills required for programming equipment
  4. Ability to lift and move materials as needed
  5. Strong attention to detail and safety
