Job description

  • Machine Operation:Operate 3-axis vertical CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Setup and Programming:Set up CNC machines, including raw material preparation, loading materials, machining tool setups, inputting programs, and adjusting settings to ensure accurate production.
  • Quality Control:Inspect CNC programs and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. This will include the use of precision measuring tools.
  • Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Documentation:Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and maintenance activities
