Responsibilities
  • Safety -
    • Performs all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE and following all safety regulations. 
    • BBS Participation
  • Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach
  • Meet productivity standards
  • Complete required documentation
  • Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
  • Make adjustments to machinery as needed
  • Suggest improvements to processes or procedures
  • Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leader and Sr. Team Leader for issues and improvements 
  • Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for clean and safe work environment
  • Obtain and maintain Operator Certification
  • Train others as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    Internal support certification

    At least 2 years manufacturing experience.
