Job Summary

Location: Sunbury, OH
We are seeking experienced manufacturing professionals to join our Rod Department. This position is ideal for candidates with machining, CNC, lathe, or machine setup experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment focused on quality and precision.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and make adjustments to production machinery
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor operational issues
  • Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
  • Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments to verify product specifications
  • Read and interpret work instructions, production documents, and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records
  • Support machine uptime and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements
  • Work collaboratively with team members and production leadership to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or machining experience required
