Job description

Are you a CNC Operator looking for a new opportunity? Do you enjoy a custom work environment where every day offers new parts and challenges? In this role, you can make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, growing West Michigan company. If this is something that sounds like you, Impact Fab could be a great fit. We are seeking a 1st Shift CNC Operator to join our team.
Work Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday
Responsibilities Include:
  • Set up and operation of CNC Mill
  • Build parts from raw material to finished part including programming, fixturing and QC
  • Run secondary equipment as needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tools
  • Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to correct any deviations from specifications

We are looking for someone with:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years minimum CNC experience
  • Knowledge of machining equipment & materials
  • Strong attention to detail & dependability a must
  • Must be willing to be part of a team and have fun at work
  • Willingness to learn because we are willing to train
