We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated CNC Operator Apprentice to join our growing team. The individual will be a shop assistant with the following responsibilities:
  • Learn to safely operate CNC machinery and related production equipment.
  • Assist experienced CNC Operators with daily machine setup and operation.
  • Load and unload materials according to production requirements.
  • Learn to read work orders, drawings, cut lists, and production instructions.
  • Monitor machine operation and identify potential issues or abnormalities.
  • Perform basic quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Measure parts using tape measures, calipers, and other basic measuring tools.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
  • Assist with routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
  • Meet production schedules while maintaining attention to quality and accuracy.
  • Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.
