CNC Operator – Onley, TX

Pay: Competitive based on experience
Full-time | Day amp; Night shifts available

We are hiring a skilled CNC Operator to set up, operate, and perform basic programming (MDI) on CNC machining centers. Ideal candidates must have experience working with precision tolerances and blueprint interpretation.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (Vertical Machining Centers).

  • Perform basic programming using MDI.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Maintain machining tolerances of ±.005 or better.

  • Conduct in-process quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.

  • Assist in fixture design and perform preventive maintenance on machines.

✨ Advanced Roles May Include:

  • Leading small teams or training operators.

  • Applying GD amp;T standards and ISO 9001 quality procedures.

Requirements:
