CNC MACHINE OPERATOR / PANEL SAW OPERATOR
SnD Woodshop – Arcadia, IN
Full-Time | Immediate Start

Job Description
SnD Woodshop is a growing cabinet manufacturing company located in Arcadia, Indiana. We are currently seeking a CNC Machine Operator / Panel Saw Operator to join our team immediately.
This position plays a key role in our production process, operating CNC equipment and panel saws to cut and process cabinet components with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines (router/nesting systems preferred)
Operate panel saw for cutting sheet goods (melamine, plywood, MDF)
Load and unload materials safely
Read and follow cut lists, shop drawings, and work orders
Ensure accuracy and quality of all parts produced
Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work closely with team leaders and other departments

Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating CNC machines and/or programming
Experience operating a panel saw
Cabinet shop or woodworking experience
Familiarity with Mozaik software preferred
Experience with Cabinet Vision or similar software is a plus
We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
