CNC Operator | 1st shift

This role is with a growing manufacturing company in Brookston, IN, best known for producing steerable hydraulic drive axles. They are expanding their paint and machining departments and are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join their team.

 The CNC Operator will be responsible for fabricating parts according to blueprints, conducting quality checks, and ensuring accurate measurements using tools such as calipers and gages. The role is vital in supporting production efficiency and client satisfaction.

  1. Maintain daily performance charts accurately
  2. Perform value-added tasks and processes as required
  3. Conduct quality checks on fabricated parts
  4. Read blueprints and fabricate parts to print specifications
  5. Collaborate within a team environment and meet deadlines
