Job description

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a CNC Machine Operator role in Clackamas, OR. Key Responsibilities:
· Operate, monitor, and maintain CNC machinery including mills, lathes, and other automated production equipment to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing operations.
· Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to produce parts to exact specifications.
· Perform machine setups, tool changes, and minor programming adjustments as needed to maintain optimal production flow.
· Conduct routine quality inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product compliance.
· Load raw materials and unload finished components while ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed.
· Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to supervisors or maintenance teams.
· Maintain accurate production records, including part counts, downtime logs, and quality documentation.
· Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment in accordance with company standards.
