Job description

Connect Staffing is hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Houston, TX. In this role, you will operate CNC production equipment, select and adjust machine settings, and monitor machinery to ensure quality output.
Pay: $22-$27/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 5:00pm-5:00am (overnight)
Location: Houston, TX
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Work Environment: Manufacturing Plant / Factory
Overtime: Daily
Minimum Requirements
  • 2+ years CNC machine operation experience (multi-axis preferred)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions.
  • Proficient with hand-held measuring tools and basic calculations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience operating multi-axis CNC machines (lathe, mill, or rotor-specific equipment).
  • Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators to verify part tolerances.
  • Experience in fast-paced production environments where precision and attention to detail are critical.
  • Knowledge of rotor manufacturing processes, including balancing, finishing, and assembly.

Responsibilities
