US Tech Force is currently seeking Machine Operators for a great company in the appleton, wi area.


1st Shift--7:30am to 4:00pm

2nd Shift--4:00pm to 12:00am


Essential Functions:

  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
  • Operate various production equipment.
  • Use measuring instruments; calipers and ruler to inspect product quality.
  • Fill out written production reports.
  • Sort boards in end board sorting area.
  • Perform various duties as assigned.
  • Report all activities to supervisor.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, HSED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Understand and utilize basic math skills, including decimals and reading measurements
  • Experience using a caliper or other related measuring equipment
  • Basic reading and writing
  • Must have ability to maintain and be authorized to operate forklift and/or other power industrial trucks.
